Last Palette Tool update for a little

Palette Tools now has a custom color-picker with palette options that overrides the editor inspector’s. It currently doesn’t work for resources, but hopefully that will be fixed sometime in the future. No new updates are planned at the moment, but I do use the tool enough that it’ll get updates when I think of useful features.
