Fixes and introducting sprite cropper/seperator

Fixed issues with the images to texture plugin. The file path is fixed. I had copy and pasted a component, accidentally limiting the path length to 12 characters. No limit exists now. Minor other changes/improvements

New plugin!

Introduced the sprite cropper plugin. I got tired of always having to leave the editor to do easy sprite crops. Crop a sprite sheet into individual files right in the editor. I haven't implemented offset or separation yet, but that's pretty easy and should happen soon. Also currently limited to square output(i.e. 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, etc.), but should cover the common style of tilesets. This one will probably see some cool updates.
